Job Description
- Responsible for developing and maintaining Oracle database applications using PL/SQL.
- Proficient in advanced Analytical functions.
- Substantial experience in creating stored procedures, PL/SQL packages, Triggers, and functions.
- Expertise in the nuanced art of Oracle cursor manipulation and adept handling of exceptions.
- Crafting SQL queries and PL/SQL code to orchestrate symphonies of optimized database performance.
- Mastering the alchemy of test plan creation, ensuring the purity and precision of PL/SQL creations.
- Diving deep into the labyrinth of code to untangle and resolve PL/SQL puzzles.
- Navigating the seas of user requirements, charting a course to translate needs into the language of technology.
- Designing, developing, and coding for projects utilizing Oracle technology stack.
- Developing complex queries to pull relevant data points from different tables for respective reports.
- Proficient in writing complex SQL (subqueries and join conditions) and PL/SQL.
- Creation, modification, and effective use of database objects like tables, constraints, sequences, indexes, group functions, and views.
- Ability to understand business requirements and data models.
- Experience and expertise in query optimization through the utilization of materialized views and indexes.
Highest Qualification
- Bachelor of Engineering/Technology degree with a minimum of 60% marks in 10th, 12th, and undergraduate studies.
- Experience in the relevant domain ranging from 6 to 24 months.
Skillset Required
- Valuable familiarity with data migration processes.
- Reasonable proficiency in Unix/Shell scripting.
- Experience in Oracle Database for developing backend procedures using PL/SQL.
- Improvement and upkeep of data integration/exchange with various applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent Java skills for application development.
Interpersonal Skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent documentation abilities.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to convey ideas in a user-friendly manner.
Tool Skills (Skills may include but are not limited to the following)
- Proficiency and hands-on experience with Oracle PL/SQL, encompassing expertise in data migration, integration, and application development.
- Familiarity with SQL Developer, Toad, and ETL tools.
- Solid understanding of Java.
