Job Description
- Handle all customer interactions according to schedule guidelines
- Take charge of calls when customers reach out
- Use suitable tone and language for all responses
- Provide solution-focused assistance to customers

- Remain current on shifts in product dynamics, system enhancements, procedural modifications, and policy updates.
- Stick to assigned shifts and tasks
